Tollywood heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most dynamic personalities in Telugu cinema. He has now pledged to donate his organs for the rightful cause and here’s an update on the same.
While taking part in a promotional event pertaining to a top Hospital in Hyderabad, Vijay spoke at length about the organ donation program.
“I feel organ donation is something that all of us should be open for. Being able to live on, and also save the lives of others is such a beautiful thing. I remember me and my mother pledging to donate our organs. I have to recheck it. I have decided to donate all my organs” Vijay said.
The young hero went on to say that the organ donation procedure is subdued in South Asian countries and he wishes to see people approaching it with more open mind in the days to follow.
Vijay’s clap-worthy initiative is not to be taken on a lighter note and he has shown his philanthropic and humanitarian side again with this generous act.
