Two recent blockbuster films, Ponniyin Selvan and Kantara are set to arrive on Amazon Prime Video this November, say the latest reports.
Both Ponniyin Selvan and Kantara are two of the biggest box office blockbusters in Tamil and Kannada cinema respectively. The former grossed over Rs 400 crores at the box office and the latter grossed over Rs 200 crores.
Kantara is a rural action thriller and Ponniyin Selvan is a period action epic. The makers of these films are said to have reached an agreement with Amazon Prime Video to orchestrate OTT release for these films in November.
Amazon Prime is expected to announce the official release dates of these films very soon. But what is for certain is that they will be made available for streaming from this November.
