Multi-talented Sumaya Reddy is so confident about her movie Dear Uma that she came forward to produce it, besides playing the female lead and providing the story. Dia movie fame Pruthvi Ambaar played the male lead in the movie. Director Sai Rajesh Mahadev has also written screenplay and dialogues for the movie made under the banner of Suma Chitra Arts. Nagesh is the line producer and Nithin Reddy is the executive producer.
The movie ‘Dear Uma’ is done with its shoot and the post-production works are also nearing completion. The promotional activities are in full swing for the movie. Today, they came up with the film’s teaser, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.
The teaser opens with introduction of Pruthvi Ambaar’s character who is willing to become a Rockstar. “Naa Life Lo Prathi Di Get Out Situation Ye…” says he introducing himself as a failure. Love at first sight happens to him- “Naa Kanaallo Jeevam Nee Kallu… Naa Naraallo Pravaham Nee Choopu…”
The girl also has great feeling about love- “Prema Anedi Anirvachaneeyamaina Nirvachanam…” says she. However, the protagonist ends up in a love failure. “Abbayila Premalo Swardham Untundi… Ammayila Swardhamlone Prema Untundi… Ammayiliche Shock Laki Abbayilakide Medicine…” the teaser ends with this dialogue that explicates his agony.
Sumaya Reddy looked gorgeous in her role and has come up with a good performance. Pruthvi Ambaar is cool as the protagonist. Their chemistry worked well on screen. Sai Rajesh impressive with his dialogue writing and taking. Overall, the teaser makes a positive impression. Raj Thota’s camera work and Radhan’s background score are big assets.
Kamal Kamaraju, Sapthagiri, Ajay Ghosh, Amani, Rajeev Kanakala, Prithviraj and Roopa Lakshmi played pivotal roles in the movie which is getting ready for release.
