Movie Review : Writer Padmabhushan – Entertaining Comedy Drama

Young and talked actor Suhas is back with a comedy caper. His latest outing, Writer Padmabhushan hit the theaters today and here’s what we felt after watching it.

Story: Padmabhushan, a 25-year-old aspiring writer based out of Vijayawada, India, sets off on a roller-coaster ride full of innocuous fun and soft emotions with his middle-class family.

Analysis:

The first thing that catches the attention with Writer Padmabhushan is the portrayal of the main man, Suhas. He looks perfectly apt in the role and his fine performance is a stand out.

He is ably supported by the rest of the cast including the likes of Ashish Vidyarti, Rohini, and others. The casting is bang on point.

After the character introduction plot in the opening sequence, the films sets into the plot as the protagonist is seen as an aspiring writer who’s on a mission of succeeding with his book publishing plan.

There’s a twist towards the end as his future is linked with the publishing of his book and also marrying the love of his life at the same time.

The film progresses along on a comical note for most part and the entertainment factor with the comedy track in full flow makes for an interesting watch for the viewers.

The closing portion is narrated in an emotional matter as the hook point unfolds and it all comes together very well for the comedy drama.

Verdict: Writer Padmabhushan is an entertaining comedy drama that has enough things going it’s way to make for a compelling watch.
