Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi’s latest film, Maharaja, marking his 50th movie, has garnered immense praise from audiences in Tamil and Telugu-speaking states since its theatrical release last month. Directed by Nithilan Saminathan, this critically acclaimed film recently celebrated 25 days in theaters, achieving a remarkable milestone by crossing the Rs. 100 crore mark.
Netflix, the OTT platform that acquired the digital streaming rights for the film, has scheduled its premiere for July 12, 2024. The film will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi languages on that date. Anticipation is high for its release in multiple languages, and it is expected to amplify its acclaim in other languages due to its engaging screenplay and compelling content.
