Superstar Krishna, a legendary actor who conceived many of Tollywood’s technologically first films like Gudacharui 117, James Bond 777, and others is no more. He sadly breathed his last at Continental Hospital at 4 AM today.
Krishna suffered a cardiac attack on the 13th of November and he was taken to hospital at midnight. Despite the best efforts of the medical team, Krishna couldn’t make it through and he passed away in the wee hours today.
Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan and Telangana CM KCR mourned the demise of the legendary personality.
Jagan said Krishna is Telugu people’s only Alluri Seetharama Raju, only James Bond, and many other iconic characters. He called the tragic demise an unfortunate loss.
KCR said Krishna dedicated his life to Telugu cinema and his contributions are invaluable. The sad passing away comes as shock to the film fraternity and the Telugu community as a whole.
