Star actress Samantha is finally back in action again as she resumed shooting for her big budgeted action drama series, Citadel which is being bankrolled by Amazon Prime Video.
This is series is an Indian adaption of Amazon’s English show with the same title which recently wrapped up production in the USA.
“Super excited to team up with this powerhouse once again! Welcome @Samanthaprabhu2 to the world of Citadel! Now filming” the makers tweeted as they welcomed Samantha back onto the sets.
The show will be shot primarily in India post which, the unit will be moving to South Africa and Serbia for the forthcoming schedules.
In the English version, Priyanka Chopra plays the female lead, and now, in the Indian adaption, Samantha is reprising this role.
