Earlier today, Netflix released a new set of charts pertaining to the trending titles on the platform. Interestingly, Rajamouli, Ram Charan, and Jr NTR’s RRR missed out on the list.
Soon after the fact that RRR missed Netflix charts broke out, there have been several reports and stories pertaining to the reason behind the same.
But what actually happened is that the list of trending titles is that it is only restricted to 28 days following the OTT premieres of the respective title.
In the case of RRR, the film had a rather last gasp surge. It went on a strong run in the OTT space after it caught on in the western circuit. All this took time. So, RRR missing the mentioned Netflix charts isn’t unexplained or out of the ordinary.
