Ram Charan and Jr NTR are currently reapring the fruitful benefits of RRR as the film is now in contention for the Oscars. On the occasion, Charan interacted with Deadline, a leading publication in the USA and here’s what he said.
“When we made RRR, we all thought we had achieved so much, and it couldn’t get bigger than that. But the reception we’ve gotten – even still a year on – is wonderful and keeps it so fresh in our minds. Everything we worked for in every scene and every small reaction has been acknowledged. It’s been such a heartfelt journey that’s been really quite alarming and satisfying as an actor.” Charan said Deadline.
Charan went on to add that all the fame and hype RRR is getting now is paving new paths for Indian cinema and adds that he and the entire team of RRR feels delighted about the same.
Charan adds that he made a brother for life with Jr NTR while working on RRR and he says this is one of his biggest takeaways from the Rajamouli directorial.
