The other day, speaking at a media briefing in Chicago, Rajamouli said he has plans for RRR 2 and the story development for the sequel is underway. But is RRR sequel really possible?
For starters, getting Ram Charan and Jr NTR on board for another 2-3 years is going to be really tough given their other commitments.
RRR doesn’t end on a hookpoint and there’s no organic hint for second part in the first outing. So there’s the chance of RRR 2 looking artificial.
Rajamouli himself is a super busy man. He has a film with Mahesh Babu next and this itself will take a lot of time to get wrapped. Whether or not he will find time for RRR 2 is subjective.
But RRR is indeed a global blockbuster and the second part could be a box office monster if executed well. So we can’t entirely rule out the possibility.
