The makers of ‘Ghatikachalam’ unveiled its teaser on Monday, promising a gripping psychological thriller, with an intense performance by lead actor Nikhil Devadula.
The 1.25-minute teaser introduces Nikhil as an MBBS student who lives a solitary life. His father (played by TV actor Prabhakar) proudly mentions that his son stays away from partying, movies, and trips, unlike most boys his age. Nikhil secretly admires a classmate but lacks the courage to express his feelings, content with admiring her from afar. However, things soon take a dark turn. A dangerous and violent side of Nikhil begins to surface, disrupting his life. His parents become concerned, suspecting that black magic is at play. What happens next?
The teaser offers a thrilling glimpse into the story, highlighting the challenges Nikhil must face to regain his sense of normalcy. Every frame captivates, keeping viewers on edge, while the teaser builds suspense around the film’s central conflict. The atmospheric background score by Favio G Cuccurullo further amplifies the eerie tone of the film.
Directed by Amar Kamepalli, with a story by MC Raju, who also serves as the producer, ‘Ghatikachalam’ will be distributed nationwide by Maruthi and SKN.
