Vijay Deverakonda is currently immersed in a high-budget pan-India spy thriller directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of Jersey fame. The film, tentatively titled VD12, stars Bhagyashri Borse from Chandu Champion & Mr. Bachchan as the female lead.
The production of VD12 is nearing completion, with a month-long shooting schedule planned in Kerala starting mid-September. During this period, several intense action scenes and key sequences featuring Vijay Deverakonda and other major actors will be filmed. The shoot is expected to wrap up by the end of October. Additionally, the filmmakers are set to reveal the movie’s title during the Dussehra festival.
In VD12, Vijay Deverakonda plays the role of a police constable. The film is produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune 4 Cinemas and is slated for a major pan-Indian release on March 28 next year.
