In celebration of Balayya Babu’s 50-year journey in the Telugu film industry, the Telugu cinema fraternity recently hosted a grand event titled the “Nandamuri Balakrishna Cine Golden Jubilee.” The event saw attendance from numerous film and political figures who shared their thoughts on Balayya’s illustrious career and their personal connections with him.
In a video message, Kamal Haasan spoke highly of Balayya, stating, “Balayya Babu is a person remembered for his values. His father, deity, and guru is none other than NTR. Balayya represents a pure heart and a free spirit. I wish him a long life filled with health and prosperity.”
Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar also shared his thoughts, saying, “Balakrishna is like a brother to me. I was thrilled to act alongside him in a film. We used to live together in Chennai back in the day. I hope you continue to celebrate many more such milestones.”
Senior actor Venkatesh reflected on Balakrishna’s achievements, saying, “Coming from the NTR family, Balakrishna has carved out a unique place for himself. He has a distinctiveness that stands out. Your 50-year journey is an inspiration to many newcomers.”
Veteran actor Mohan Babu added, “From a young age, Balayya has taken on diverse roles as an actor. He holds the distinction of having a film that ran for over 500 days. His success in winning three terms as the MLA of Hindupur is commendable.”
