Samantha is making a comeback of sorts in Telugu cinema with Yashoda which is her first mainstream release in a while after a brief stint with the item song in Pushpa.
Yashoda is releasing on the 14th of November and as a part of the promotional campaign, the producer of the film interacted with Telugu media and here’s what he had to say about the Samantha starrer.
“Samantha is more like my elder daughter. She has been an absolute champion to work with. She is really confident about herself and she improved the overall quality of the film to a whole new level. Her confidence rubbed into the whole film and it helped all of us in delivering better output” the producer Sivalenka Prasad said.
Samantha plays a surrogate mother in the film and the action thriller is directed by the duo of Hari and Harish. It has Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the other role.
