Megastar Chiranjeevi was recently seen in GodFather, an action-oriented political thriller. As a part of the post-release promotional campaign, Chiru attended a brief interview and he made an interesting comment about Acharya during the same.
Chiru stated that he and Ram Charan returned 80% of the remuneration they took for Acharya, in view of the losses the film had incurred on the buyers.
The veteran star added he and Charan took responsibility for the debacle and vowed to be more cautious in the future. He added that doesn’t carry any more of Acharya failure baggage as success and failure are a part and parcel of the film industry.
The star hero confirmed that his next film with Bobby, tentatively titled Mega154 is progressing at a brisk pace now. A small teaser and first look of the film will be out this Diwali season, as confirmed by Chiru.
