Megastar Chiranjeevi and Nandamuri Balakrishna have given Tollywood a blockbuster start for 2023 with their two big ticket films, Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy respectively.
As per the latest reports, both Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya have emerged as Rs 100 crore grossers at the box office.
These films have cumulatively grossed over Rs 200 crores at the box office this Sankranthi season and have given Tollywood a blockbuster start for the year 2023.
Both the Sankranthi releases have opened on a stellar note in the domestic and overseas box office, much to the delight of everyone involved.
With the Rs 200 Cr+ start likely to convert to Rs 250Cr+ start, Tollywood has gotten off to a dream like start. With many more biggies to go for the remainder of the year, there’s a lot to look forward to.
