It is often heard that a few illicit social media accounts spread misinformation and also morphed photos of actresses. Cut to now, actresses Pavitra and Anasuya have taken the legal route to counter social media trolls.
Pavitra filed a complaint against YouTube channels and TV channels for misreporting and spreading rumors about her and Naresh.
She requested stern action against those who are intentionally spreading false news about her and Naresh. A case has been filed and investigation is underway by the Cyber Crime police.
Anasuya filed a complaint against a Twitter handle that has been spreading illicit photos of her. The police had done the investigation and they’ve arrested a man who is operating a Twitter handle that shares unsolicited photos of actresses.
